Jack and the Beanstalk

I was writing about Jack and the beanstalk. I was trying to get as much describing words. I was tryng to writing as much words all by myself but I used some words from the book. It was hard.

Once upon a time there lived Jack and his Grandma. They were very poor. All they did was milk their cow black and next day they had to sell their cow to get seeds, but he got white. magic seeds. Then he showed his grandma them. She threw them out the window! The next morning he looked out the window. There was a green beanstalk. Then he got dressed and jumped out the window. He climbed up the beanstalk! When he got to the top of the  big green beanstalk he saw the hugmuges castle. He saw the hugmuges giant Leave money on the table. Jack got the money and started to run for it. He climbed down the beanstalk! “Look what I got”, he said. Again the next day he started to climbed the beanstalk. He heard the giant say to his chicken “Lay me an golden  egg”, plop, out came a golden egg. Then he told his harp to sing to him. “I’m getting tired”, said the giant. He went to sleep. Then Jack took the chicken and the harp too. The harp called out to her master. The giant woke up and climbed down the beanstalk but Jack cut the beanstalk down. They all lived happily ever after.

My Community

I have made a plan and written my story using my plan. My plan matches my story. Next time I will write a story that matches my plan.

My Community

Do you know that I’m from two communities? One of them is the library community. I get the books for  free. Also I’m from the church community. We go there almost every week. Also I  belong to the New Zealand community and be safe! But my favourite now is library. Then I said I love my family.

I am learning to make a plan before I write. My plan has good ideas. It tells me when, who and what. I wrote my plan but I didn't write a story.

It was easy to count in my brain because if 3+3=6 then 23+3=26.
I will practice counting on in my head and keep using my basic facts to help me.
